  • How do I get a quote?

    Submit our online quote form at wrapnem.com/quote with your vehicle details and the service you're after. We'll get back to you within 1 business day to confirm your quote and discuss options.

  • How do I book a wrap?

    Once your quote is confirmed, we'll send you a booking link to choose your preferred date. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer, card payments, and buy-now-pay-later via Afterpay. The full balance is due before or on the day of collection.

  • How does Afterpay work for my booking?

    Select Afterpay at checkout to split your payment into 4 fortnightly instalments, interest-free. You'll need an Afterpay account and to meet their eligibility criteria. The full Afterpay amount is settled with us upfront — your repayments are managed directly with Afterpay.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

    You can reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking may forfeit the deposit. To reschedule or cancel, email info@wrapnem.com.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered for your job. If a wrap is found to be defective due to an installation fault, we will rectify or replace it at no cost. See our Returns & Warranty section below for full details.

  • How long does a wrap take?

    Full wraps typically take 3–5 business days. Partial wraps and chrome deletes are usually 1–2 days. We'll give you an accurate timeframe when your booking is confirmed.

  • How do I care for my wrap?

    Hand wash only for the first 2 weeks. Avoid high-pressure jets directly on edges. Use pH-neutral car shampoo. Avoid parking in direct sun for extended periods. We'll give you a full aftercare card when you collect your vehicle.

  • What warranty do you provide?

    Our installation (workmanship) warranty covers lifting, bubbling or peeling due to installation for 6 months. Separately, the film manufacturer warrants the vinyl itself — up to 3 years on vertical panels and 1 year on horizontal panels (bonnet, roof).

  • My wrap has an issue — what do I do?

    Email info@wrapnem.com with your name, vehicle, booking date, and a photo of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day and will schedule an assessment if required.

POLICY

RETURNS &
WARRANTY.

Installation warranty: Wrapn'em warrants all installations against lifting, bubbling, peeling or edge failure caused by installer error for 6 months. Separately, the film manufacturer's warranty covers the vinyl itself for up to 3 years on vertical panels (doors, pillars, bumpers) and 1 year on horizontal panels (bonnet, roof, boot).

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from improper aftercare (automatic car washes, high-pressure washing directly on edges, chemical damage), road debris impact, or pre-existing paint defects discovered after installation.

Defect claims: If you believe your wrap has a defect covered by warranty, email info@wrapnem.com within the warranty period with photos and your booking reference. We will assess and, where covered, repair or replace the affected panels at no charge.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered for your specific job (typically within 2 business days of booking confirmation). If we are unable to complete your job, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a wrap installation has commenced. If you wish to change your chosen colour or finish before installation begins, please contact us as early as possible — restocking fees may apply.

Afterpay: Eligible customers can pay using Afterpay, splitting the total into 4 equal fortnightly instalments interest-free. Afterpay is subject to their own approval process and eligibility criteria.
