My wrap has an issue — what do I do?+
Installation warranty: Wrapn'em warrants all installations against lifting, bubbling, peeling or edge failure caused by installer error for 3 years on vertical panels (doors, pillars, bumpers) and 1 year on horizontal panels (bonnet, roof, boot).
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from improper aftercare (automatic car washes, high-pressure washing directly on edges, chemical damage), road debris impact, or pre-existing paint defects discovered after installation.
Defect claims: If you believe your wrap has a defect covered by warranty, email info@wrapnem.com within the warranty period with photos and your booking reference. We will assess and, where covered, repair or replace the affected panels at no charge.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered for your specific job (typically within 2 business days of booking confirmation). If we are unable to complete your job, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a wrap installation has commenced. If you wish to change your chosen colour or finish before installation begins, please contact us as early as possible — restocking fees may apply.
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, card, and Afterpay.
Afterpay: Eligible customers can pay using Afterpay, splitting the total into 4 equal fortnightly instalments interest-free. Afterpay is subject to their own approval process and eligibility criteria.
